About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on cayumi.com. By placing an order, you accept them, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which are part of these terms. Please read them before you order.
Our pieces
Every Cayumi piece is made by hand in Madrid with natural stones. Because each stone is unique, its colour, pattern and size can vary slightly from the photos on our website. This natural variation is part of the charm of each piece and isn't considered a defect.
We share the meanings and traditions associated with each stone for their symbolism and history. They are not medical claims and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, or in the equivalent in your local currency at checkout, and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes never affect orders we have already confirmed. If a price on our website is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
Orders
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If we can't make your piece, for example because a stone is no longer available, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Intellectual property
The photos, texts, designs and logo on this website belong to Cayumi. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@cayumi.com.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in Spain or in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
